Gestión educativa y calidad de la estrategia aprendo en casa en tiempo de pandemia

    La pandemia COVID 19 se extendió tan rápido por todo el mundo, que el número de víctimas incrementaba cada día sin detenerse. Al decretarse el distanciamiento social obligatorio en nuestro país a través de la cuarentena, este afectó al sistema educativo. Ante esta nueva realidad, el Ministerio de Educación implementó la estrategia Aprendo en casa para evitar que miles de estudiantes perdieran el año escolar; el objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión y la calidad educativa de la estrategia Aprendo en casa. Es una investigación cuantitativa; no experimental de tipo aplicada, diseño transversal correlacional, con una población de 354 docentes de instituciones educativas públicas de la comunidad de Manchay, con una muestra de 106 docentes; la técnica usada fue la encuesta y como instrumento se empleó el cuestionario con 25 preguntas para la variable gestión educativa y 15 para la variable calidad educativa, de las 106 encuestas realizadas, se determinó que existe una moderada, directa y significativa correlación entre la gestión y la calidad educativa de la estrategia Aprendo en casa en las instituciones públicas Manchay, habiéndose obtenido un r de Pearson igual a 0,489

    The COVID 19 pandemic spread so fast around the world that the number of victims increased every day without stopping. When the compulsory social distancing in our country was decreed through the quarantine, it affected the educational system. Faced with this new reality, the Ministry of Education implemented the Learning at Home strategy to prevent thousands of students from losing the school year; the objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the management and the educational quality of the I learn at home strategy. It is a quantitative, nonexperimental research of applied type, cross-sectional correlational design, with a population of 354 teachers of public educational institutions of the community of Manchay, with a sample of 106 teachers; the technique used was the survey and as an instrument the questionnaire was used with 25 questions for the variable educational management and 15 for the variable educational quality, of the 106 surveys carried out, it was determined that there is a moderate, direct and significant correlation between the management and the educational quality of the I learn at home strategy in the public institutions Manchay, having obtained a r of Pearson equal to 0,489.
