La política gestora de la red de alojamientos turísticos de propiedad del estado (1951-1962)

    El estado de la cuestión ha apuntado las líneas fundamentales de la política económica seguida por el Ministerio de Información y Turismo en relación a la “red de establecimientos turísticos [de] propiedad del Estado”, a través de los planes nacionales de Turismo, los de Estabilización Económica y los específicos para la red.

    Este artículo plantea completar el conocimiento del periodo entre 1951 y 1962, mediante el estudio de los mecanismos y las herramientas que posibilitaron la gestión eficaz de esos presupuestos y su materialización en obras. El análisis del binomio gestión inmobiliaria y hotelera se centra en aspectos relativos al personal, la organización, el patrimonio y la explotación hotelera pública.

    The state of matter has observed the fundamental guidelines of the financial policy chosen by the Ministry of Information and Tourism with regards to the “tourist accommodation network owned by the State”, through the national plans of Tourism, the plans dealing with the Economic Stabilization and those specifically designed for the network of Paradores.

    This article proposes to complete the knowledge of the period between 1951 and 1962, by means of the study of the mechanisms and the tools that enabled the efficient management of those budgets and its implementation in works. The analysis of the binomial real estate and hotel management focuses on aspects related to staff, organization, heritage and public hotel exploitation.
