Sergio Aragonés es uno de los grandes nombres de la historia del cómic, caracterizado sobre todo por su prolificidad. Su obra es colosal pero la cantidad no encubre una baja calidad. Al contrario, su trabajo es producto de una labor meticulosa, esforzada, con variados influjos culturales y estilísticos. En este artículo se analiza su obra de forma panorámica, destacando de ella cuatro aspectos: la hibridación de culturas, la energía en cada proyecto, la laboriosidad evidente y el torrente creativo del autor, aún en activo.

Sergio Aragonés is one of the great names in the history of comics. He is fundamentally characterized by his prolificacy. The large amount of work produced does not mean that it is of low quality. On the contrary, his work is the product of meticulous, hard work, with varied cultural and stylistic influences. This article analyzes his work in a panoramic way, highlighting four aspects of it: the hybridization of cultures, the energy in each project, the evident industriousness and the creative torrent of the author, still active.
