Resumen de Teoría y aplicación del análisis narrativo en material transcrito: actantes, atributos y transformaciones

El objetivo del presente escrito es mostrar cómo la teoría estructural del relato es una metodología atinente para analizar el material recolectado empíricamente en entrevistas. Se explica qué es la teoría del relato y se ejemplifica, mediante una unidad empírica, cómo fragmentar la información y cómo realizar un análisis profundo del texto con material de entrevistas en ciencias sociales. Se destacan los actores principales en las narrativas, sus acciones, atributos, así como las transformaciones prevalentes: encubrimiento, conocimiento y de estatus. Éstas quedan al servicio de escenas de subjetivación: ser indígena mixteca, joven, urbana, mujer. Se concluye que el análisis narrativo es pertinente para identificar los ideales y evidenciar el proceso de configuración de la identidad cultural de personas indígenas que han sido domeñados por la cultura hegemónica.

The purpose of this essay is to show how the structural analysis of narrative is a right methodology for study the material collected empirically in interview. It explains what the theory of the story is and exemplifies, through an empirical unit, how to fragment information and how to perform a thorough analysis of the text. The main actors in narratives, their actions, attributes, as well as the prevailing transformations stand out: cover-up, knowledge, status revelation; which are at the service of the subjects of native mixteca, young, urban, female. The conclusion is that the narrative analysis is pertinent to identify the ideals and show the process of configuration of the cultural identity of indigenous people who have been dominated by the hegemonic culture.
