Resumen de La ley 3/2022, de ordenación e integración de la formación profesional: Una nueva oportunidad.

  Tras la reciente publicación de la Ley Orgánica 3/2022, de 31 de marzo, de ordenación e integración de la Formación Profesional, entendemos que es necesaria una reflexión sobre la situación actual de la Formación Profesional Dual en nuestro país, para evitar caer en los errores que se han cometido en el pasado. Iniciamos el estudio con un análisis histórico de la Formación Profesional en España, para saber de dónde venimos y poder afrontar hacia dónde vamos con conocimiento de la situación. En esta tomada contacto con la realidad se analizan los últimos datos disponibles a nivel autonómico sobre la situación de la Formación Profesional Dual, teniendo una fotografía real de donde nos encontramos, para tomar este punto como inicio del apasionante reto que supone la llegada de la nueva Formación Profesional Por último, creemos que el papel de la inspección educativa en la implementación de esta nueva Formación Profesional es clave, debido al profundo conocimiento que el Cuerpo de Inspectores de Educación tiene sobre la realidad existente en los centros educativos

  After the recent publication of Organic Law 3/2022, of March 31, on theorganization and integration of Vocational Training, we understand that arefection on the current situation of Dual Vocational Training in our countryis necessary, to avoid falling into mistakes that have been made in the past.We begin the study with a historical analysis of Vocational Training in Spain,to know where we come from and be able to face where we are going withknowledge of the situation. This approach to the reality, the latest dataavailable at the regional level on the situation of Dual Vocational Training isanalyzed, taking a real picture of where we are, to take this point as thebeginning of the exciting challenge that the arrival of the new VocationalTraining.Finally, we believe that the role of the education inspection in theimplementation of this new Vocational Training is key, due to the deepknowledge that the education inspectorate has of the existing reality ineducational centres
