Resumen de Gobierno digital en américa latina: ¿un reto de la gestión pública de gobierno abierto?

  El propósito de esta investigación es realizar un análisis que contribuya al debate sobre el rol que viene cumpliendo el gobierno digital denominado también gobierno electrónico en el camino que se abre el nuevo paradigma de gestión pública: Gobierno Abierto, concretamente en América Latina. El tipo de investigación se fundamenta en la documental, descriptiva y explicativa, así como también, dado su especificidad se trata de una investigación cualitativa; por otro lado, la metodología es científica por cuanto parte de una problemática, se establecen objetivos, genera discusión, para obtener resultados y conclusiones.

  The purpose of this research is to carry out an analysis that contributes to the debate on the role that digital government, also called electronic government, has been playing in the path that the new paradigm of public management opens up: Open Government, specifically in Latin America. The type of research is  documentary, descriptive and explanatory, as well, because of its specificity it is a quantitative and qualitative research; on the other hand, the methodology is scientific, based on objectives, discussion and results on a new paradigm of public administration - open government - and conclusions in this regard.
