Resumen de Confluencia de la filosofía del derecho y lenguaje para conformar sociedades justas

  La presente investigación tiene el propósito de analizar los alcances que para la hermeneusis jurídica tiene la confluencia de la filosofía del derecho y la filosofía del lenguaje. Es un en estudio diacrónico, bibliográfico desde el enfoque racionalista deductivo; por lo cual, se sirve de examinar diversos textos que abordan el objeto de estudio. Concluye que las elucidaciones que permiten las reflexiones sobre el lenguaje son de suma importancia para entender el carácter contingente de los hechos sociales. De esta manera, la jurisprudencia emplea las aperturas cognitivas que consienten abordar las diferencias socioculturales con la intención de brindar equidad. Por supuesto, el propósito es impartir justicia como expresión de la dignidad inherente a la vida al manifestar los derechos humanos.

  The purpose of this research is to analyze the scope that the confluence of the philosophy of law and the philosophy of language has for legal hermeneusis. It is a diachronic, bibliographical study from the deductive rationalist approach; therefore, it serves to examine various texts that address the object of study. It concludes that the elucidations that reflections on language allow are extremely important to understand the contingent character of social facts. In this way, the jurisprudence uses the cognitive openings that allow addressing sociocultural differences with the intention of providing equity. Of course, the purpose is to deliver justice as an expression of the inherent dignity of life by manifesting human rights.
