Programa de implementación de tutorías en nivel superior: atención y seguimiento a la diversidad de trayectorias académicas

    El presente trabajo tiene como finalidad dar a conocer y compartir el quehacer que se ha llevado a cabo en la Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ) desde la Dirección General de Desarrollo Académico e Innovación Educativa, Subdirección de Innovación Educativa y Jefatura de Tutoría Institucional, respecto a la práctica tutorial y los principales actores que se involucran en este proceso, a partir de un eje de atención a la diversidad e inclusión de estudiantes y sus distintas problemáticas, el cual implica la innovación de estrategias y herramientas en las que prevalece el objetivo de formación integral, autonomía y mejora continua del acompañamiento al estudiantado durante su trayectoria académica. A través de la implementación del Programa Integral de Tutorías y Trayectorias Académicas (PITTA), se han empleado herramientas aplicadas a la tutoría que promueven la sustentabilidad e inclusión como el sistema integral de tutorías y asesorías, el sistema de registro de tutorías y asesorías y el módulo de tutorías móvil, las cuales han permitido concentrar el historial de atención y seguimiento de cada uno (a) de los (as) estudiantes que han sido atendidos por un tutor (a) en los diferentes institutos y divisiones multidisciplinarias de la UACJ.

    Lo anterior ha agregado valor a la institución al incorporar tecnología vanguardista en la práctica tutorial, beneficiando a docentes, estudiantes y administrativos con la mejora en el servicio.

    The purpose of this work is to share and publish the management that has been carried out at the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juárez (UACJ, Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juarez), made by the General Directorate of Academic Development and Educational Innovation, the Subdirectorate of Educational Innovation and the Headship of Institutional Tutoring, regarding to the tutorial practice of the teachers and the main actors involved in the tutoring process from an angle in favor of diversity and inclusion of the students and their different issues, which implies the creation of new strategies and tools in which the objective of comprehensive training, autonomy and improvement of the accompaniment of the student body during their academic career prevails. Also, through the tools applied to the tutoring process from the Integrated Program of Tutorials and Academic Trajectories, which promotes sustainability and inclusion, such as:

    Academic tutoring and consultancy integral system, the academic tutoring and consultancy registration system and the module for mobile tutoring, have made it possible to create a database for monitoring the attention record and supervision of all the students who has been attended by a tutor in the different institutes and multidisciplinary divisions of the UACJ. All of the above, has contributed to the Institution by incorporating cutting-edge technology in the tutoring process practice, assisting teachers, students and administrators, with the improvement of this service.
