    Este artículo muestra un análisis concreto sobre la doctrina del control de convencionalidad, creada por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos. Se presenta la dimensión internacional, ejercida por dicho Tribunal de forma natural desde su creación, así como su aspecto nacional -y novedoso-, llevado a cabo por las autoridades de los sistemas nacionales, especialmente sus jueces. Al mismo tiempo se exponen las certezas, dudas y desafíos que este instrumento jurídico presenta sus operadores.

    This article shows a concrete analysis about the doctrine of conventionality control, created by the Inter–American Court of Human Rights. It presents the international dimension, exercised by this Court in a natural way since its creation, as well as its novel domestic dimension, carried out by the authorities of the national systems, especially Courts. At the same time, it shows the certainties, doubts and challenges that this legal theory presents to its operators.
