    El presente texto establece un análisis de la voz poética de género fluido en Diamante (2019) del poeta ecuatoriano Azael Álvarez. En primera instancia, se realiza una investigación de la disputa sobre el género y se exploran las posturas de Hines y Butler sobre su fluidez. Este punto de partida habilita el análisis de la edificación de la voz lírica a partir de la ruptura del género gramatical fijo, la fluidez performativa, el continuo devenir y la marginalización a la que es expuesta por no formar parte del marco binario genérico. El estudio ofrece una interpretación abierta del género y su fluidez desde la experiencia subjetiva de la voz lírica y da cuenta cómo el orden simbólico y el orden de las representaciones operan en su contra para exponerla a una vida precaria.

    The current text establishes an analysis of the genderfluid lyric speaker of Diamante (2019) written by the Ecuadorian poet Azael Álvarez. In the first instance, an investigation of the dispute over gender is carried out and Butler’s and Hines’ stances of gender fluidity are explored. This starting point enables the analysis of the construction of the lyric speaker from the rupture of the static grammatical gender, the performative fluidity, the continuous becoming and the marginalization to which she is exposed for not being part of the binary framework of gender. This study offers an open interpretation of gender and its fluidity from the subjective experience of the lyric speaker and it reveals how the symbolic order and the order of representations operates against her to expose her to a precarious life.
