  • Resumen
    • The relationship between the law and neurotechnology is fascinating. Its impact strains the law at its seams: from a person’s identity and their free will to liability for damages. This article explores neuro-rights. The constitutional reform undertaken by Chile and the Digital Rights Charter of the Government of Spain are two different ways to achieve the same end: regulating and protecting human rights against the advances of neurotechnology.
