    El terrorismo es una de las amenazas que más preocupa a la sociedad hoy en día. No obstante, no estamos ante un fenómeno reciente, sino que ya viene existiendo desde los inicios del Siglo XIX y, con ello, también la legislación para combatirlo. La legislación antiterrorista en España ha experimentado una profunda evolución, llegando a pasar por distintos regímenes políticos. A través del presente artículo se pretende hacer un recorrido en la legislación española que ha enfrentado el fenómeno terrorista desde su vertiente anarquista hasta la actualidad, contra el terrorismo yihadista

    Terrorism is one of the threats that most concerns society today. However, this is not a recent phenomenon, but has already existed since the beginning of the 19th century and, with it, also the legislation to combat it. Anti-terrorist legislation in Spain has undergone a profound evolution, going through different political regimes. Through this article it is intended to take a tour of the Spanish legislation that has faced the terrorist phenomenon from its anarchist aspect to the present, against jihadist terrorism.
