Resumen de Concepto y estructura general del sector público aragonés

La Ley aragonesa 5/2021, de 29 de junio, de organización y régimen jurídico del sector público autonómico, junto a la Ley 4/2021, de 29 de junio, de modificación de la Ley 2/2009, de 11 de mayo, del Presidente y del Gobierno de Aragón, objeto de refundición mediante Decreto legislativo 1/2022, de 6 de abril, y la Ley 1/2021, de 11 de febrero, de simplificación administrativa, han afrontado una profunda renovación del régimen jurídico y organizativo del sector público autonómico con objeto de adecuarlo a los elevados niveles competenciales alcanzados por la Comunidad Autónoma, por un lado, y a las relevantes novedades introducidas por la normativa básica estatal, por otro. Además, dichas normas incorporan medidas para impulsar, al mismo tiempo, la transformación digital del sector público autonómico aragonés y de simplificación administrativa, en sus tres vertientes, regulatoria, organizativa y procedimental.

Aragonese Law 5/2021, of June 29, on the organization and legal regime of the autonomous public sector, together with Law 4/2021, of June 29, amending Law 2/2009, of May 11, on the President and the Government of Aragon, consolidate by Legislative Decree 1/2022, of April 6, and Law 1/2021, of February 11, on administrative simplification, have faced a profound renewal of the legal and organizational regime of the autonomous public sector in order to adapt it to the high levels of powers achieved by the Community Autonomous, on the one hand, and the relevant innovations introduced by the basic state regulations, on the other. In addition, these regulations incorporate measures to promote, at the same time, the digital transformation of the Aragonese regional public sector and administrative simplification, in its three aspects, regulatory, organizational and procedural.
