Resumen de História da educação e da deficiência permeada por uma reflexão epistemológica: da educação primitiva à romana

  Este estudo tem por objetivo propor uma reflexão epistemológica por meio da inserção da história da deficiência no contexto da história da educação. Para tal, utilizou-se de uma abordagem de pesquisa qualitativa, de natureza bibliográfica, delimitando-se no período compreendido da história da educação primitiva à romana. Por meio de uma abordagem sociocultural, descreve e aponta pontos de convergência entre as histórias da educação e da deficiência, utilizando, como referencial teórico, autores da história da educação e da educação especial. Conclui demonstrando a possibilidade de considerar a história da deficiência no contexto histórico da educação e mostrando a presença de marginalização, segregação e violência, tanto no âmbito da história da educação dos menos favorecidos quanto na história da educação das pessoas com deficiência, desde a educação primitiva até a romana.

  The present study aims to propose an epistemological reflection by means of the insertion of the history of the disability in the context of the history of education. For this purpose, was used a qualitative research approach, bibliographic type, delimiting to the period of history from primitive to Roman education. Through a sociocultural approach, it describes and indicates the points of convergence between history of education and the disability history, using as theoretical reference, authors of the history of education and special education. It concludes by demonstrating a possibility to consider the disability history in the historical context of education, showing the presence of marginalization, segregation and violence, both in the scope of the history of education of the less favored people, as well as the history of the education of people with disability, from primitive education to the Roman one.
