    En los últimos años se observa un interés creciente en la atención a la salud mental en la etapa perinatal. La etapa perinatal y el tránsito hacia la maternidad son periodos sensibles para la reactivación de la propia historia infantil de la madre y las experiencias relacionales tempranas con sus propias figuras de apego. En este artículo se recoge una propuesta teórica que permite examinar y reflexionar acerca de los conflictos subyacentes que pueden emerger durante la etapa perinatal y el puerperio cuando la llegada de la maternidad reactiva experiencias de trauma relacional con las figuras de cuidado de la propia madre.

    Desde una perspectiva psicoanalítica relacional e intersubjetiva se proponen algunas reflexiones surgidas a partir del trabajo psicoterapéutico con mujeres en la etapa perinata

    In recent years, there has been a growing interest in mental health care in the perinatal stage. The perinatal stage and the transition to motherhood are sensitive periods for the reactivation of the mother's own childhood history and early relational experiences with her own attachment figures. This article contains a theoretical proposal that allows us to examine and reflect on the underlying conflicts that can arise during the perinatal stage and the puerperium when the arrival of motherhood reactivates experiences of relational trauma with the care figures of the mother herself. From a relational and intersubjective psychoanalytic perspective, some reflections arising from psychotherapeutic work with women in the perinatal stage are proposed
