Resumen de Voz, síntoma y transferencia:: una relectura del caso Anna O

  El Caso Anna O presentado por Josef Breuer en los Estudios sobre la histeria (texto publicado en conjunto con S. Freud en 1895), es quizá el caso más célebre en la historia del psicoanálisis, de igual modo, es probable que una de las líneas más comentadas, criticadas y mitificadas sobre él haya sido hasta ahora la del manejo de la transferencia por parte de Breuer. Este artículo plantea una revisión y reflexión del caso en torno a la relación entre síntoma y transferencia a partir del objeto voz, objeto pulsional que fuera identificado y abordado por Jacques Lacan en distintos momentos de su enseñanza. Es así como se plantea que la problemática de la voz como objeto ligado a la pulsión invocante, habría sido determinante en Anna O tanto a nivel transferencial como a nivel sintomático, especialmente en la tussis nervosa, la conciencia moral y los problemas del lenguaje que presentó la paciente. De este modo, se pretende aportar a la reflexión teórica y clínica elementos poco trabajados del caso, que permitan replantear su pertinencia y actualidad como historial clínico de estudio en la teoría psicoanalítica contemporánea

  The Anna O case presented by Josef Breuer in Studies on hysteria (text published in conjunction with S. Freud in 1895), is perhaps the most famous case in the history of psychoanalysis. In the same way, it is likely than one of the most commented, criticized, and mythologized lines on it has so far been that, of the handling of the transfer by Breuer.

  This article proposes a review and reflection of the case concerning the relationship between symptom and transference from the object voice, a pulsional object that was identified and addressed by Jacques Lacan at different times in his teaching. It is thus proposed that the problem of the voice, as an object linked to the invocative drive, would have been decisive in Anna O both at the transferential and symptomatic level, especially in the nervosa tussis, moral conscience and language problems presented by her patient. In this way, it is intended to contribute to the theoretical and clinical reflection of the case, which allows us to rethink its relevance and timeliness as a historical clinical study in contemporary psychoanalytic theory
