    El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en identificar, desde la teoría constructivista de la movilización legal, el efecto provocado por las movilizaciones sociales gestadas en todo el mundo para reivindicar los derechos de las diversidades de género en las normas de derecho nacional e internacional de derechos humanos, en contraste con las contra-movilizaciones sociales que pretenden frenar tal cruzada, haciendo énfasis en la violencia normativa que impera en algunas entidades federativas del Estado mexicano en torno al reconocimiento o no del derecho a la identidad de género auto-percibida.

    The objective of this essay consists of identifying, from the constructivist theory of legal mobilization, the effect caused by social mobilizations occurring throughout the world to claim the rights of gender diversities in the rules of national and international lawin the matterof human rights,in contrast with the social counter-mobilizations that intend to stop such a crusade. It emphasizes the regulatory violence that prevails in some federate entities of the Mexican State with regard to the recognition or refusal ofthe rights to the self-perceived gender identity.
