    El trabajo analiza tres polémicas sentencias del Tribunal Constitucional español que ponen de manifiesto que se está produciendo una involución en el control constitucional de los límites penales impuestos a la libertad ideológica y a la libertad de expresión, lo cual es especialmente preocupante cuando afecta a la crítica política o social.

    This paper analyzes three controversial judgments of the Spanish Constitutional Court that show that there is an involution in the constitutional control of the criminal limits imposed on free-dom of expression and other manifestations of freedom of thought, which is especially concer-ning when it affects political or social criticism.
