Resumen de Divergencias sobre la fundación de náucratis

El emporion griego de Náucratis ha estado adscrito a multitud de divergencias desde su descubrimiento a finales del siglo XIX. Por esto, el presente artículo pretende señalar la disparidad que existe tanto en la investigación histórica como arqueológica sobre la fundación de Náucratis así como intentar dar una explicación a cada una de ellas. Para lograr el objetivo que me he propuesto, llevaré a cabo un análisis comparativo entre las fuentes literarias y las evidencias arqueológicas y empleando una metodología revisionista para aquellos apartados donde exista debate en la investigación histórica y arqueológica.

The Greek emporion of Naukratis has been attached to many divergences since its discovery in the late 19th century. For this reason, the purpose of the present article will be to highlight the disparity that exist in both historical and archaeological research on the founding of Naukratis, as well as try to give an explanation to each of them. To achieve the intended objective, I will conduct a comparative analysis between literary sources and archaeological evidences, using a revisionist methodology for those sections where there is a debate in historical and archaeological research.
