  • Nowadays, the title of this “coyuntura ‘’ acquires a dramatic importance especially in Europe. After the pandemic Covid 19 and the abrupt and illegal invasion of Ukraine by Russia, the uncertainty affects all types of decisions that can be adopted by the maritime world stakeholders. This month´s article refers to that scenario from an economic and maritime point of view, more specifically within the european region. Also there is a reference to new researches about a new system of maritime transport of gasses, using their hydrates as “solid containers”.
