Dos rutas de estudios y debates son las que hemos recorrido principalmente a lo largo de estos años: por un lado, diferentes enfoques sobre la actualidad política y social de los planteamientos del cristianismo temprano, implicado en ello naturalmente el judaísmo. Por otro lado, las implicaciones políticas que comporta la actualización del análisis retórico e historiográfico de las fuentes paleocristianas, es decir, de qué manera los estudios antiguos están afectados por la crítica al presente y cuán relevante es dar cuenta de esa afección. Ambos aspectos, siempre atravesados por una inquietud en común: la relación que existe entre dicha actualidad y dichas implicaciones con los movimientos y el pensamiento de las izquierdas hoy.

Two routes of studies and debates are those that we have covered mainly throughout these years: on the one hand, different approaches on the political and social actuality of the early Christian approaches, implied in this, of course, the Judaism. On the other hand, the political implications of updating the rhetorical and historiographic analysis of early Christian sources, that is, how old studies are affected by the criticism of the present and how relevant it is to account for that condition. Both aspects, always crossed by a concern in common: the relationship that exists between this current situation and these implications with the movements and the thinking of the left today.
