Las voces que resuenan en el Valle de los Caídos. Una propuesta didáctica para su resignificación

    ¿Cómo podemos acercarnos a un monumento tan prejuzgado como el Valle de los Caídos? ¿En qué contexto histórico se enmarca su construcción? ¿Qué actores sociales intervinieron en su realización? ¿Desde qué posturas o actitudes se construyó el monumento: desde el Estado franquista, desde la Iglesia, desde los arquitectos y empresarios que lo construyeron? ¿Desde los presos allí destinados? ¿Y desde las familias de estos? ¿Podemos comprender cómo pensaron, sintieron y vivieron esos actores sociales que participaron en la construcción del monumento? Planteamos una propuesta didáctica activa, orientada a desarrollar el sentido crítico del alumno de Educación Secundaria y de Bachillerato, para que pueda profundizar en la importancia histórica del Valle de los Caídos dentro de una sociedad democrática consolidada.

    How can we approach a monument as prejudiced as the Valley of the Fallen? In what historical context is its construction framed? What social actors intervened in its realization? From what positions or attitudes was the monument built: from the Francoist State, from the Church, from the architects and businessmen who built it? From the prisoners assigned there? And from their families? Can we understand how those social actors who participated in the construction of the monument thought, felt and lived? We propose an active didactic proposal, aimed at developing the critical sense of the Secondary and Baccalaureate education student, for they can to deep in the historical importance of the Valley of the Fallen within a consolidated democratic society
