O artigo analisa o microssistema especializado existente no ordenamento jurídico brasileiro que pode ser denominado microssistema processual coletivo sancionador anticorrupção, composto pela Lei de Improbidade Administrativa (Lei 8.429/1992) e pela Lei Anticorrupção (Lei 12.846/2013) e dirigido à tutela do patrimônio público e da probidade administrativa, mediante a aplicação de sanções punitivas e ressarcitórias aos autores, partícipes ou beneficiários de condutas ilícitas tipificadas extrapenalmente e violadoras de ditos bens jurídicos. Situa o patrimônio público e a probidade administrativa no quadro dos interesses supraindividuais e trata dos principais aspectos da Lei de Improbidade Administrativa (LIA), após as modificações promovidas pela Lei 14.230/2021, e da Lei Anticorrupção (LAC), enfocando ainda como elas se coordenam sistematicamente. Ao final, traz as principais conclusões obtidas no estudo. A abordagem privilegia os métodos dialético, comparativo e sistemático.

The article analyzes the specialized microsystem existing in the Brazilian Law that can be denominated anti-corruption repressive class actions, composed of the Administrative Improbity Act (Law 8,429/1992) and the Anti-Corruption Act (Law 12,846/2013) and directed to the protection of public patrimony and administrative probity, through the application of punitive and compensatory sanctions to the authors, participants or beneficiaries of illegal behaviors typified in non-criminal way that violate those legal goods. It places public patrimony and administrative probity among the trans-individual interests and deals with the main aspects of the Administrative Improbity Act (AIA), after the changes promoted by Law 14,230/2021, and the Anti-Corruption Act (ACA), also focusing on how they systematically coordinate. In the end, it brings the main conclusions reached in the study. The approach privileges the dialectical, the comparative and the systematic methods.
