    La pandèmia de la COVID-19 ha tingut i està tenint efectes que van molt més enllà de l’estricta situació sanitària. Ha provocat transformacions en les relacions humanes i, per tant, també, en les relacions laborals. En aquest article s’analitza l’impacte que la pandèmia ha tingut en els serveis lingüístics de les Corts Valencianes. S’hi tenen en compte tant les diferents disposicions legals que s’han aprovat com dades estadístiques referides a la documentació tramitada al si d’aquesta institució. Així mateix, es fa una anàlisi de les modalitats de treball que s’han aplicat en els diferents estadis de la pandèmia i es conclou que el teletreball s’ha mostrat com la més eficient.

    The COVID-19 pandemic has had – and continues to have – effects that go far beyond the merely health-related. It has caused shifts in human relations and so, also, in labour relations. This article analyses the impact the pandemic has had on the language services of the Corts Valencianes, the legislative body of the Autonomous Community of Valencia. It takes account of both the different legal provisions passed as well as the statistics on the documentation processed by the institution. Furthermore, it analyses the work arrangements implemented at different stages of the pandemic and concludes that teleworking has proved to be the most efficient
