Resumen de La interacción social en el desarrollo del lenguaje oral en niños de 1-3 años durante la pandemia

  Durante la infancia, la interacción social y el desarrollo del lenguaje evolucionan en forma paralela, construyendo elementos y bases esenciales para el futuro del niño. Investigaciones demuestran que el lenguaje influye en la memoria y contribuye al comportamiento humano, sin embargo, puede favorecer de otras formas el desarrollo que experimenta el infante; las habil idades de lenguaje para comprender y expresarse son fundamentales parael desarrollo de este, pues los hace más capaces de participar en la socialización, así como de aprender de la instrucción formal en el aula y del entorno que los rodea. Por otro lado, en el contexto escolar adquieren la capacidad de interactuar de una manera saludable con las personas que los rodean, beneficiándose enmúltiples aspectos, desde aprender nuevas palabras cuando es pequeño, hasta interactuar con adultos sin problema alguno. La pandemia provocada por el virus de la COVID-19 ha inducido a una recesión en todos los ámbitos, provocando de manera obligatoria el cierre de actividades educativas presenciales, por ello se plantea la siguiente investigación. El método de muestreo es de 50 niños que viven en varios lugares de Quito, el estudio de cada uno se realizó a través del inventario del desarrollo de Battelle, la investigación es, descriptiva y de alcance exploratorio.

  Posterior al análisis, los resultados establecieron que los niños que tienen problemas en el área personal y social también los tienen en el área de comunicación. Para ello se concluye que es importante el entorno familiar, ya que es el primer lugar socializador y mediador del lenguaje.

  During childhood, social interaction and language development evolve in parallel by building essential elements and foundations for the child’s future. Research shows that language influences memory and contributes to human behavior, however it can favor the development experienced by the infants in other ways, for example, the language skills to understand and express themselves are essential for the development of children, as it makes them not only more capable of participating in socialization, but also of learning from formal classroom instruction and the environment around them. On the other hand, in the school context, kids acquire the ability to interact in a healthy way with the people around them, benefiting from both by learning new words when they are young and by interacting with adults without any problem. The COVID-19 virus pandemic has led us to a recession in all areas by obligating and causing the closure of On-campus educational activities, this is why the following investigation is proposed. The sampling method is based on 50 children who live in several places in Quito. The study of each kid was carried out through the Battelle Development Inventory. The research is descriptive and exploratory in scope. After analyzing the results, it was established that children who have problems in the personal and social areas also have problems in the area of communication. For this, it is concluded that the family environment is important since it is the first socializing and mediating place of language.
