Resumen de Transporte terrestre y seguridad vial en Tungurahua

En el presente estudio se muestran las principales estadísticas referentes a accidentes de tránsito y el número de lesionados y fallecidos por esta causa a nivel nacional y en particular de Tungurahua y sus cantones. Se realiza un análisis comparativo entre 2014 y 2015 que permite observar la evolución de los datos y su tendencia por medio de las respectivas tasas de variación, y tasas por cada mil y cien mil habitantes. Esta información muestra un escenario general de la situación actual del transporte terrestre y seguridad vial en Tungurahua.

This research shows the principle statistics for traffic accidents and the number of injured and dead people nationwide, in particular for the province of Tungurahua and its Cantons. It maked a comparative analysis between 2014 and 2015 that allowed the observation of the evolution of this data and its trends through the respective rates of variation, rates per thousand inhabitants and rates per hundred thousand inhabitants. This information gives a general idea of the current situation of ground transport and road security in Tungurahua.
