  Si bien, gran parte de los economistas han centrado sus estudios en la Política Monetaria, el estudio de la Política Fiscal en los últimos tiempos se ha desarrollado con el fin de inferir en ciertas áreas donde los agregados monetarios no han podido intervenir. Es así que la presente estudio busca definir los efectos estabilizadores como desestabilizadores de los agregados fiscales en la economía. El impacto en el tiempo del manejo fiscal y las posibles implicaciones en la sociedad de una determinada política. Es decir es el estudio de la economía en movimiento, de las fluctuaciones del producto y de sus posibles causas dado el manejo de herramientas fiscales.

  Although, great part of the economists has centered their studies in the Monetary Policy, the study of the Fiscal Policy lately has been developed with the purpose of inferring in certain areas where the monetary aggregates have not been able to take part. So, the present investigation tries to define the stabilizing effects of fiscal aggregates in the economy, the impact over time of the fiscal handling and the possible implications over the society of the political management. It is the analysis of the economy in movement, the fluctuations of the GDP and its possible causes given the handling of fiscal tools.
