Resumen de Finding a place in the Southern States Communication Association: a phenomenological auto-ethnography of “Where is Waldo?”
This article illustrates how one university, through its long-time mentor Waldo Braden, had a major impact on the SSCA. In addition, the article shows how the association has become more diverse over the past 30 years in terms of gender and ideology. Finally, the author discusses how to continue the growth and development of the association in the future.
