    La venta de derechos hereditarios es una figura que si bien, desde un punto de vista civil, ha sido objeto de abundante literatura, desde un punto de vista fiscal, apenas se ha tratado sobre la misma. en el presente trabajo abordaremos las cuestiones problemáticas que, desde un punto de vista fiscal, presenta la citada figura, poniendo de relieve los puntos conflictivos y proponiendo soluciones a los mismos.

    The sale of hereditary rights is a figure that, although from a civil point of view, has been the subject of abunant literature, from a fiscal point of view, it has hardly been discussed. In this paper we will address the problematic issues that, from a fiscal point of view, the aforementioned figure presents, higlighting the conflictive points and proposing solutions to them.
