  Este artículo pretende detallar la evolución de las políticas de memoria llevadas a cabo por las autoridades españolas desde el final de la Guerra Civil. Arrojando luz y buscando ordenar la marea legislativa de los últimos años en el ámbito autonómico, pero centrando la atención también en aquellas medidas memorialistas llevadas a cabo por el régimen franquista. Tras una aproximación al concepto de memoria histórica se suceden tres bloques de medidas memorialistas, algunas de ellas tan tempranas como la exhumación de víctimas sublevadas durante el enfrentamiento armado en la Guerra Civil hasta llegar a la última ley de memoria democrática aprobada en Cantabria el pasado noviembre de 2021.

  This article aims to detail the evolution of the memory policies carried out by the Spanish authorities since the end of the Spanish Civil War.
  
  Shedding light and seeking to organize the legislative tide of the recent years at the regional level, but also focusing attention on those memorialist measures carried out by the francoist regime. After an approach to the concept of historical memory, three blocks of memorialist measures are presented, some of them as early as the exhumation of victims of the uprising during the armed confrontation in the Spanish Civil War until the last law of democratic memory approved in Cantabria the last November.
