    • We make an approach to the funerary world of the protohistoric populations of the Canary lslands using as a reference point the Tumular Necropolis of Arteara, located on the island of Gran Canaria, a site from which we analyse its peculiarities and the different int erventions to which it has been subdued. In addition, we intend to show the informat ion provided by different specialist to know various questions about the rituals u sed in the protohistory of the islands, to finally analyse the current state of the site, its management and dissemination of that specific type of archaeological heritage.
