Resumen de LA PREVENCIÓN COMUNITARIA DE LA VIOLENCIA Y LAS FORMAS DE OCIO NOCIVO: PROGRAMA DE INTERVENCIÓN DESDE LA EDUCACIÓN POPULAR

  El presente artículo se deriva de los resultados del proyecto de investigación “Estudios sociales sobre la juventud santiaguera”, desarrollado por el departamento de Sociología de la Universidad de Oriente de Santiago de Cuba, en las comunidades Micro 9, Mariana Grajales, Flores y Chicharrones. Su objetivo es el diseño de una propuesta de intervención para la prevención comunitaria de problemáticas como la violencia, y las formas de ocio nocivos, que afectan a la juventud santiaguera. Para su concepción se tuvo en cuenta la metodología de la Educación Popular, que por su carácter reflexivo y participativo se convierte en una herramienta pertinente para la transformación de dichas problemáticas en el contexto analizado. De ahí que el programa se conforma, siguiendo los pasos o momentos que definen dicha metodología, lo cual propició el intercambio y la construcción colectiva.

  The present article is derived of the results of the investigation project "social Studies on the youth santiaguera", developed by the department of Sociology of the University of East of Santiago from Cuba, in the communities Micro 9, Mariana Grajales, Flores and Chicharrones. Their objective is the design of an intervention proposal for the community prevention of problematic as the violence, and the noxious leisure forms that affect the youth santiaguera. For their conception one kept in mind the methodology of the Popular Education that becomes a pertinent tool for the transformation of this problems in the analyzed context for their reflexive character and participativo. With the result that the program conforms to, following the steps or moments that define this methodology, that which propitiated the exchange and the collective construction.
