Another possible way of knowing: from the knowledge of the south to the world

    Este artículo presenta un conjunto de líneas generales de una posible alternativa epistemológica al dominio cognitivo del sujeto. Para este propósito se recoge como punto de apoyo lo que se considera la mejor crítica a la relación sujeto-objeto, como núcleo fundamental del conocimiento científico, desarrollada por la teoría crítica europea. Con este recurso teórico en diálogo con las discusiones epistemológicas del sur  latinoamericano, enraizadas en las luchas anticoloniales de los pueblos ancestrales, se desarrollan tres referentes cognitivos que pueden ser la huella de otro conocimiento que se sustraiga al imperio del sujeto y su método científico instrumental.

    The text presents a set of general lines of a possible epistemological alternative to the subject's cognitive domain. For this purpose, what is considered the best critique of the subject-object relation as the fundamental core of scientific knowledge, developed by European critical theory, is regarded as a point of support. Using this theoretical resource in dialogue with the epistemological discussions of the Latin American South, rooted in the anti-colonial struggles of the ancestral peoples, three cognitive referents are developed that can be the footprint of another knowledge that subtracts itself from the empire of the subject and its instrumental scientific method.
