    La reutilización, en su acepción más simple y auténtica, origina el collage que surge de los fragmentos de materiales utilizados. Es el territorio donde, al parecer, se producen las creaciones de arquitectura intrusa. Obras improvisadas e intuitivas, habitualmente, al margen de la ley. Construcciones que están estrechamente vinculadas al fenómeno de crear un refugio personal e íntimo. Arquitectura enfrentada con ordenanzas y leyes, pero que, recupera la libertad e independencia de crear sin ese poco beneficioso y oxidado tradicionalismo de la materia pura e inmaculada. Una arquitectura que explora alternativas alejadas de cualquier aparente compromiso intelectual, llegando a ser, en multitud de ocasiones, aportaciones técnicas verdaderamente originales. Se trata de construcciones que no se concretan desde una concepción inicial sino desde la instrumentalidad de la reutilización de manera azarosa, lo que hace que nos encontremos ante obras en constante proceso, pero no por ello inconclusas. Una arquitectura sin arquitectos que ha logrado, en gran parte, apropiarse del genuino significado del collage.

    Reuse, in its simplest and most authentic meaning, originates the collage that emerges from the fragments of materials used. It is the territory where, apparently, the creations of intrusive architecture are produced. Improvised and intuitive works, usually outside the law. Constructions that are closely linked to the phenomenon of creating a personal and intimate refuge. Architecture faced with ordinances and laws, but that recovers the freedom and independence of creating without that little improved and rusty traditionalism of pure and immaculate matter. An architecture that explores alternatives far from any apparent intellectual commitment, becoming, on many occasions, truly original technical contributions. These are constructions that are not materialized from an initial conception but from the instrumentality of reuse in a haphazard way, which means that we find ourselves before works in constant process, but not for that reason unfinished. An architecture without architects that has largely managed to appropriate the genuine meaning of collage.
