De hecho la totalidad de la bahía Yendegaia quedaba dentro de la concesión otorgada a Zavalla. 13 "Ucqsiwoon" es la primera denominación registrada para el lago Roca, y fue anotada por los misioneros anglicanos establecidos en Ooshooia: "Also Mr. Lewis went out on a Friday for the same purpose, and reached Lupatia the next day, returning in the big boat from Ucqsiwoon (An inmense lake at the head of Lupatia) the same (Saturday) evening" (SAMM, 1873, p. 30).
