    Una vez analizada la diferencia entre Wille y Willkür como se presenta en la versión impresa de Metaphysik der Sitten, este artículo pretende examinar dicha diferencia en primer lugar a través de un manuscrito de hojas sueltas (AA 23:248-49) junto con los argumentos expuestos por Kant sobre la relación entre ellos, la libertad negativa de la Willkür y lo inexplicable de la posibilidad de una acción contra la ley moral y, de ahí, del fundamento del mal. A continuación se presentarán algunos argumentos seleccionados de otro manuscrito de hojas sueltas (AA 23:383-384), conectándolos con los temas ya analizados; prestando una especial atención a la razón como causa instrumentalis y causa originaria, a Wille y Willkür en relación a las condiciones de Phänomenon y Noumenon Noúmeno, y a la libertad de Wille y de Willkür. Cabe además destacar que en estos manuscritos de hojas sueltas podemos encontrar formulaciones interesantes para entender los conceptos centrales del conjunto de la filosofía moral kantiana.

    After having analysed the distinction between Wille and Willkür as presented in the printed version of Metaphysics of Morals, the paper aims to examine this distinction as it appears in the two-pages-long manuscript (AA 23:248-49), including the arguments of the relationship between them, the negative freedom of arbitrium and the inexplicability of the possibility of an act against the moral law and therefore of the fundament for evil. I present then some selected arguments from another longer manuscript (AA 23:383-384), bringing them into connection with the already analysed topics; particular attention is paid primarily to the reason as causa instrumentalis and causa originaria, to the distinction of will and arbitrium with respect to the relationship between Phänomenon and Noumenon, and to the freedom of will and of arbitrium. As pointed out, in these two manuscripts we can find interesting formulations to understand central concepts of entire Kantian moral philosophy.
