    El objetivo general de la presente investigación fue describir la calidad en la docencia Universitaria hibrida pospandemia. El desarrollo de la investigación se realizó desde la perspectiva cuantitativa, de tipo descriptiva y se complementó por un diseño documental-bibliográfico, lo que contribuyó la recolección de información extraída de los diferentes artículos arbitrados, trabajo de grado entre otros, abordando el método analítico enfocándose en el estudio de aspectos particulares, examinados en el análisis de contenido escrito, mediante lo analítico-sintético. Luego, se analizó la información recopilada a través de la técnica de análisis de contenido, agrupándose aspectos teoréticos sobre el tema abordado por los investigadores. Se concluye, que la combinación de la virtualidad y presencialidad constituye una estrategia educativa que hace frente en este periodo pospandemia y que contribuye a la continuidad de la educación superior, es importante desatacar que para el logro de una calidad de la docencia se deben establecer estrategias.

    The general objective of this research was to describe the quality of post-pandemic hybrid university teaching. The development of the research was carried out from the quantitative perspective, of descriptive type and was complemented by a documentary-bibliographic design, which contributed to the collection of information extracted from the different refereed articles, degree work among others, approaching the analytical method focusing on the study of particular aspects, examined in the analysis of written content, through the analytical-synthetic. Then, the information gathered through the content analysis technique was analyzed, grouping theoretical aspects on the topic addressed by the researchers. It is concluded that the combination of virtual and face-to-face constitutes an educational strategy that faces this post-pandemic period and contributes to the continuity of higher education, it is important to emphasize that in order to achieve quality teaching strategies must be established.
