Los itinerarios de Fortunato Depero en Rovereto como recurso didáctico y cultural para el arte contemporáneo. Una propuesta ampliada

    Fortunato Depero es fundamental para comprender el contexto artístico de Rovereto y el de la provincia de Trento. Para recordar su legado, las instituciones culturales, pedagógicas y turísticas han elaborado un recorrido por los lugares de la ciudad con los que interaccionó el artista subrayando su correspondencia con el entorno. Este artículo toma como referente los itinerarios de Fortunato Depero analizando los espacios señalados y como éstos se han permeabilizado en su obra. Por otra parte, se contextualiza su figura desde una perspectiva histórico-artística en relación con Rovereto y el futurismo, analizando cómo su herencia artística y documental ha sido determinante para comprender y generar su entramado cultural actual. Para ello se ha realizado un trabajo de campo documentando in situ los espacios y las obras referidas incluyendo además otros espacios que podrían integrarse en el recorrido. Asimismo, se ha realizado una revisión hemerográfica y bibliográfica completada en el Fondo Depero y la biblioteca del Archivio del´900 del Museo di Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Trento e Rovereto. El artículo concluye que los itinerarios de Fortunato Depero son una parte relevante del proyecto pedagógico y cultural de Rovereto que ponen en valor el pasado y el presente y se proyectan el futuro dotando de infinitas posibilidades didácticas la interpretación del arte contemporáneo en la ciudad.

    Fortunato Depero is fundamental for understanding the artistic context of Rovereto and that of the province of Trento. In order to remember his legacy, cultural, educational and tourist institutions have elaborated an itinerary of the places in the city which the artist interacted underlining their correspondence with the environment. This article takes as a reference the itineraries of Fortunato Depero, analyzing the spaces indicated and how they have been permeabilized in his work. On the other hand, it contextualizes his figure from a historical-artistic perspective in relation to Rovereto and futurism, analyzing how his artistic and documentary heritage has been decisive in understanding and generating his current cultural framework. To this end, fieldwork has been carried out, documenting in situ the spaces and works referred to, including other spaces that could be included in the itinerary. In addition, a hemerographic and bibliographic review was carried out and completed in the Depero Fund and the library of the Archivio del’900 of the Museo di Arte Moderna e Contemporanea di Trento e Rovereto. The article concludes that the itineraries of Fortunato Depero are a relevant part of the pedagogical and cultural project of Rovereto, which enhance the past and the present and project the future providing with infinite didactic possibilities the interpretation of contemporary art in the city.
