  Paciente de 87 años consciente, orientado y colaborador que acude a urgencias en ambulancia de soporte vital básico por caída aparatosa en casa tras salir de la ducha. Se aprecia impotencia funcional, hematoma y deformidad de húmero izquierdo. Acusa dolor en resto del cuerpo sin rasguños o heridas abiertas. En la entrevista afirma que no ha perdido el conocimiento ni el control de esfínteres en ningún momento hasta que ha acudido el transporte sanitario a atenderle. Sin alergias conocidas hasta la fecha. Todas las vacunas en regla incluyendo las tres vacunas de Covid19 y la vacuna de la gripe.

  Conscious, oriented and cooperative 87-year-old patient who went to the emergency room in an ambulance for basic life support due to a spectacular fall at home after getting out of the shower. He shows functional impotence, hematoma and deformity of the left humerus. He has pain in the rest of the body without scratches or open wounds. In the interview he states that he has not lost consciousness or sphincter control at any time until the medical transport has come to attend to him. No known allergies to date. All vaccinations in order including the three Covid19 vaccines and the flu vaccine.
