Resumen de Sviluppo sostenibile e rigenerazione urbana tra tutela dell’ambiente e inclusione socio-economica
The author aims to show the link between sustainable development and urban regeneration. In fact, these two notions share both a solidarity intent, aimed at preservation of the environment in order to improve the quality of life of all generations, through the concepts of reuse and tranformation of the existing, and the modalities of pursuit as they both need to be pursued by strategic and global actions. In this sense they become the new principles that globally rule development in all its forms and the newest notion of urban regeneration can be considered the most concret example of implementation of the sustainable development. This is because it is in the urban contexts, where citizens and local public authorities are much more “closeµ to each other, that we can actually see the real effects, juridical, social and economic ones, of a sustainable, intelligent and inclusive growth. The most significant regional legislations about urban regeneration and municipal regulation are analyzed in this work in order to see how all these aspects are regulated with the final aim of improving the quality of life in the cities, equally for everybody.
