    Este trabajo se propone abordar la teoría y práctica del neoliberalismo desde una perspectiva de Análisis Político del Discurso. En la primera parte, analizan los principales debates y controversias en torno a las características teóricas, ontológicas y axiológicas del neoliberalismo, y sobre sus aplicaciones a nivel estatal. En la segunda parte, examinan los problemas metodológicos para investigar rigurosamente el fenómeno del neoliberalismo, que se vinculan con el carácter ambiguo y pragmático del cuerpo teórico neoliberal, las diversas etapas, ritmos, grados de profundidad e intensidades de neoliberalización estatal, y las tensiones y contradicciones entre la teoría neoliberal y sus aplicaciones históricas. En la última parte, se ofrece una conceptualización compleja y se proponen algunas operaciones analíticas para contribuir a investigar al neoliberalismo y sus usos ónticos a nivel estatal, a través de las herramientas de la Teoría Política del Discurso (TPD)

    This paper aims to approach the theory and practice of neoliberalism from a Political Discourse Analysis perspective. In the first part, it analyzes the main debates and controversies surrounding the theoretical, ontological and axiological characteristics of neoliberalism, and its applications at the state level. In the second part, he examines the methodological problems of rigorously investigating the phenomenon of neoliberalism, which are linked to the ambiguous and pragmatic character of the neoliberal theoretical body, the various stages, rhythms, degrees of depth and intensities of state neoliberalization, and the tensions and contradictions between neoliberal theory and its historical applications. In the last part, it offers a complex conceptualization and proposes some analytical operations to contribute to investigate neoliberalism and its ontic uses at the state level, through the tools of Political Discourse Theory
