El Principio de Presunción de Inocencia (PPI) es uno de los pilares constitucionales de los Estados Modernos. Sin embargo, se han desarrollado diversas teorías y justificaciones para que sea reconsiderada su inalienabilidad, a partir del contexto y las necesidades de cada país; por lo que esta investigación expone y analiza las excepciones generadas, y su impacto en los sistemas continentales jurisdiccionales de Derechos Humanos.
The Principle of Presumption of Innocence (PPI) is one of the constitutional pillars of the Modern States. However, various theories and justifications have been developed for its inalienability to be reconsidered, based on the context and needs of each country; therefore this research exposes and analyzes the exceptions generated, and its impact on continental human rights jurisdictional systems.
