    Los gastos extraordinarios constituyen la nueva trinchera donde los progenitores continúan manifestando su enfrentamiento, aún después de que se hayan establecido las medidas definitivas. La discusión sobre la naturaleza jurídica de los gastos, en el sentido de si son ordinarios o extraordinarios, y sobre quien debe abonarlos es la munición de este enfrentamiento. La disparidad jurisprudencia! a la hora de calificarlos, favorece esta confusión y hace que sea imposible evitar la judicialización de esta materia. Analizar el problema y formular soluciones es el objeto de este trabajo.

    Extraordinary expenses constitute the new trench where the parents continue to express their confrontation, even after the definitive measures have been established. The discussion about the legal nature of the expenses, in the sense of whether they are ordinary or extraordinary, and who should pay them is the ammunition of this confrontation. The jurisprudential disparity at the time of qualifying them, favors this confusion and makes it impossible to avoid the prosecution of this matter. Analyzing the problem and formulating solutions is the object of this work.
