    Este artículo reflexiona sobre la política constitucional del Antropoceno en el marco del proceso constituyente chileno. Para ello, describe el auge, consolidación y deficiencias del constitucionalismo ambiental, y plantea diversas premisas para elaborar un marco epistémico del constitucionalismo del Antropoceno. Después de algunas consideraciones sobre la regulación constitucional en esta nueva era geológica, el artículo propone una cláusula general que permita al Estado chileno abordar los desafíos que el Antropoceno plantea al Derecho Constitucional.

    This article reflects upon the constitutional politics of the Anthropocene within the Chilean constituent process. In that regard, it describes the emergence, consolidation and deficiencies of environmental constitutionalism and explains the elements of a new epistemic framework for the constitutionalism of the Anthropocene. After some thoughts on the constitutional regulation for the Anthropocene, it proposes a general clause that allows the Chilean State to address the challenges that the Anthropocene raises upon constitutional law.
