La estructura de poder mundial está cambiando. Instituciones internacionales creadas luego de la Segunda Guerra Mundial y sostenidas por las potencias establecidas, coexisten con nuevas coaliciones políticas y económicas de poderes en ascenso que buscan modificar esa estructura institucional. En este artículo nos proponemos reflexionar sobre cuáles son las perspectivas políticas, económicas y estratégicas de América Latina en un contexto mundial en transición.

The global power structure is changing. International institutions created after World War II and, supported by the established powers, coexist with new political and economic coalitions. The rising powers are seeking to modify the institutional structure. In this article we propose to reflect on what are the political, economic and strategic perspectives of Latin America in a global context in transition.
