    En el presente artículo se realizará una revisión bibliográfica del quechua respecto del español en el Nororeste Argentino (NOA). Con el propósito de observar los cambios en el español inducidos por contacto histórico con el quechua en San Miguel de Tucumán (Tucumán), ciudad situada en el noroeste de Argentina, se procederá al estudio del caso de seis informantes tucumanos de tres grupos de edad diferentes que fueron entrevistados por la autora de este artículo. Además, se pondrá en relación la influencia que tiene la variedad de prestigio bonaerense sobre la variedad de esta zona y cómo afecta a las distintas generaciones de población.

    In this article, a bibliographic review of Quechua with respect to Spanish in Northeast Argentina (NOA) will be carried out. In order to observe the changes in Spanish induced by historical contact with Quechua in San Miguel de Tucumán (Tucumán), a city located in nor-thwestern Argentina, we will proceed to study the case of six Tucuman informants from three different age groups that were interviewed by the author of this article. In addition, the influence of the variety of Buenos Aires towards the variety of this area and how it affects the different generations of the population will be related
