    El avance de las nuevas tecnologías y la sociedad de la información ha llevado aparejado un auge de la desinformación, al facilitar la creación y difusión de informaciones falsas por Internet que, a pesar de su origen virtual, pueden ocasionar daños muy reales. A falta de una regulación sistemática de este fenómeno, a lo largo de este trabajo analizaremos los distintos sujetos que intervienen en él y la posibilidad de exigirles responsabilidad civil por su conducta desinformadora, destacando los principales puntos de fricción y sugiriendo posibles mejoras que podrían introducirse a futuro.

    The advance of new technologies and the information society has been accompanied by a surge in disinformation, as they make it increasingly easier to create and disseminate false information on the Internet. Despite its virtual origins, the damages that disinformation can cause are very real. In the absence of a systematic regulation of this phenomenon, throughout the following pages we will analyze the different subjects that partake in it and how their conducts fit in the current Spanish civil liability regimes, highlighting the main points of friction and suggesting different improvements that could be implemented looking forward.
