  El objetivo de esta crónica es ofrecer una actualización periódica de las principales novedades normativas y judiciales producidas en el ámbito del Derecho Administrativo Laboral, en especial con relación a las funciones de la Administración relacionadas con el control y el ejercicio de la potestad administrativa sancionadora en el orden social. De este modo, constituyen objeto de nuestra atención aspectos tales como la actividad realizada por la Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, la tramitación del procedimiento administrativo sancionador y la impugnación de las resoluciones a que da lugar, así como también el alcance de las infracciones y sanciones tipificadas en las distintas materias propias del orden social. Respecto a estos contenidos, en las siguientes líneas damos cuenta tanto de los últimos cambios introducidos por el legislador, como de algunas de las más interesantes y recientes resoluciones judiciales dictadas en la materia.

  The objective of this chronicle is to offer a periodic update of the main normative and judicial novelties produced in the field of Labour Administrative Law, especially in relation to the functions of the Administration related to the control and exercise of the administrative sanctioning authority in the social order. In this way, the object of our attention are aspects such as the activity carried out by the Labour and Social Security Inspectorate, the processing of the sanctioning administrative procedure and the impugnation of the resolutions to which it gives rise, as well as the scope of the infractions and sanctions typified in the different matters of the social order. Regarding these contents, in the following lines we report both the latest changes introduced by the legislator, as well as some of the most interesting and recent judicial resolutions issued in the matter.
