    Este artículo presenta parte de los resultados de la investigación que sedesarrolló en Chile con artistas y artistas-docentes titulada "Nuevos vínculos entre loartístico y lo pedagógico. Abriendo campos hacia una reconceptualización del arte y elrol del/la artista en la sociedad actual", entre 2018 y 2021. El estudio busca compren-der los cruces entre las prácticas artísticas y pedagógicas y cómo estos cruces tienenel potencial de generar nuevas ideas para las áreas de las artes y la educación en Chile.Para ello, se desarrolló una metodología cualitativa y se realizaron talleres artísticos dediscusión con diversos grupos de artistas-docentes en Chile. Dentro de los principalesresultados, se destaca la percepción de artistas y artistas-docentes como agentes decambio, quienes a través de su labor artística, pedagógica y de mediación, promuevenposibilidades transformativas desde las artes y perciben que las artes son prácticas decambio social y cultural

    This article presents part of the results of the research carried out in Chile,between 2018 and 2021, with artists and teaching artists, entitled "New links betweenthe artistic and the pedagogical aspects. Opening fields towards a reconceptualizationof art and the role of the artist in today's society". The study seeks to understand theintersections between artistic and pedagogical practices and how these intersectionshave the potential to deliver new ideas for the areas of arts and education in Chile. Tothis end, a qualitative methodology was developed and artistic discussion workshopswere held with various groups of artist-teachers in Chile. Among the main results, theperception of artists and artist-teachers as agents of change stands out, who throughtheir artistic, pedagogical and mediation work promote transformative possibilities fromthe arts and they perceive the arts as practices of social and cultural change.
