    Esta investigación tiene por objeto caracterizar el derecho a la propiedad colectiva de los pueblos indígenas en relación con los bienes muebles, con el fin de determinar el precedente judicial existente en las sentencias respecto de asuntos étnicos proferidas por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos y de construir una red discursiva que dé cuenta de los códigos que emergen de la narrativa ancestral y cultural de la Nación Qhara Qhara, pueblos indígenas originarios de Bolivia, en relación con la discusión jurídica por la propiedad del pecio que se encuentra en el galeón San José en aguas del territorio colombiano.

    The purpose of this research is to characterize the right to collective property of indigenous peoples in relation to movable property, in order to determine the existing judicial precedent in the judgments on ethnic matters issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and to build a network discursive that accounts for the codes that emerge from the ancestral and cultural narrative of the Qhara Qhara Nation, indigenous peoples of Bolivia, in relation to the legal discussion for the ownership of the wreck found in the San José Galleon in the waters of the territory Colombian.
